All orders are shipped within 24hrs of placing your order (Depending on stock, seasonal changes and bank holidays). We send all of our orders out using Amazon Logistics who may use the Royal Mail in certain areas due to depot coverage. All orders are sent on an express service so they should arrive the next working day, should your order not arrive within in 7 working days Please contact us at sales@jacslighting.co.uk and a member of the team will chase up your order with the courier.
Standard Delivery - Your order will arrive using Amazon Logistics or the Royal Mail within 1- 4 working days (Please note that delivery times may vary). Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm, orders placed after this are sent the next working day. Deliveries are made between Monday - Saturday (In November 2024, 96% of all orders sent where delivered the next working day when ordered before 2pm) Please note that orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, or British Forces Post Office addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion. Orders to Northern Ireland will be refunded if they are less than £150.00. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland may take up to 7-10 working days
